|Recommended: NoBad Place To Live — Very disappointed of came to live on this apartments , they are pet friendly but the problem is that you only have a balcón and dogs are barking all the time and neighbors walk the dogs inside the building and the smell to pipi is very strong , on the parking lot there is a guy whith a racing car very noisy and he turns it up at nights , morning and all the time wile we try to sleep, then the laundry room doesn’t work and someone was smoking marihuana there, 4. We have 2 weeks asking to repair my washer but they haven’t do it , and if this is not enough yesterday someone stole my son’s bike from our balcony We thought this was a save place but not
|Recommended: NoLike It, But I'm Getting Annoyed — It's not the worst place to stay. The rent is relatively affordable and it's near BART. I appreciate that the office manager is responsive to my concerns HOWEVER please note I have now seen at least 10-15 roaches in my time at this apartment I've been here 9 months but was out of town for 2-3 of those months .
Maintenance has had my apartment sprayed like 5 times now and I just think they need a better company or something. I'm just really tired with the roaches. I understand they exist. My family home has them due to us living across the street from an actual hoarder who has been reported by our neighbors, but as this is an apartment complex, I would expect more aggressive measures all around the building ESPECIALLY because I was told there wasn't a roach problem prior to signing the lease.
An aside someone was mad that people stole their mail. I have only had this happen once when a package was left near my door while I was out of town which is honestly to be expected, I meant to ship it elsewhere.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Grounds — This property has an amazing courtyard with beautiful flowers and a fountain. No street noise during the day and night. Friendly neighbors. Apartments are spacious.
